Super friendly staff, spotlessly clean room with loads of space, and very comfortable beds. The pool is *so* great for families, with jacuzzi and sauna for the grownups. Throw in indoor tennis, games room and gym and you have the complete package. Brilliant!

Great room, good space and access for elderly parent post surgery. Bathroom really accessible. Convenient to train station. Easy to manage Uber eats and pick up breakfast next door. Would stay again. Thank you

Modern and very clean, great amenities. Easy car parking, central location. Stayed for 3 nights, could have stayed longer and would have been very comfortable. Have stayed in many serviced apartments and this is one of the best.

Everything about this place was perfect. Huge spacious clean rooms with nice decor. My apartment had two bedrooms two bathrooms (one with a bath) and a huge kitchen and breakfast area. A nice welcoming complementary gift from a local Ballarat brewery in the fridge upon arrival. Close to all the main historic buildings, fine dinning and public transport. I could keep going on but all I can say is this is very nice place to stay in Ballarat when travelling.

We've stayed here twice and I put it in my top two places to stay in Ballarat. Very modern, clean, bright, spacious and comfortable rooms in close proximity to the centrel area of Ballarat. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities for longer stays.
